Laredo is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Laredo is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Carranza’s Tire Shop is the place to go! They offer fast, quality service and great prices. I have purchased four new tires from their shop before, and I was able to use the payment plan they offer, which was beneficial. I 100% recommend them!

Was calling all the other tires shops to get a price and payment type and no answer and this was the only place that answered their phone and provided me with the info I needed. Got there and was attended right away! They offered cold water in a bottle and were very nice and smiley! They didn’t take long and the price was excellent! Recommend them over any other shops 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Took about 50 min for them to be done. They even attended someone that arrived after me and had a longer procedure done before they finished mine, which was kinda messed up. Also, if you want to save half of what they charge (they charge 15$ to patch up a flat, even tho they have a sign that says 7 and up for a flat, keep in mind that if you have two holes they’ll charge you more-I just had one) go to murillo’s. They charge 7 or 8, maybe 10 if it’s extensive or something,AND they’ll be done in about 10 min or less cuz they get right to it. Also, none of them had masks on...

Got a flat tire fixed that had a nail in it. Costed 15.00 to repair. It took the guy a little while to seal it up correctly, about 20 minutes. They took off the tire, "sealed" it, remounted the tire on the wheel, inflated it realized it wasn't repaired correctly- then had to do it all over again. Anyone that has tire pressure sensors knows this is not good for them. They also over torqued the lugs... Thanks but I’ll pass next time, probably will not visit again.
